the turtle and the hare

History

The turtle, seeing that the hare made fun of its clumsy paws and its slow walk, the turlte challenged the hare to run, then they will know which of two arrive first to the goal.

And when they saying this, they chose for judge to the fox, the most astute animal. But it happened that the hare, trusting too much in their nimbleness, began to rest a moment in a middle of the road and it was sleeping.

Menatime, taking advantage of their competitor's inopportune rest, the turtle, with perseverance and without running, arrive first to the end point.

In vain, moments later, the hare awakes, it wnted to reach its rival. But anything could do with its desire and speed

The turtle is a symblo of slowness, willpower, long life and revering.

The hare is a symbol of procreation, fecundity, nimbleness and concentration lack to conquer the goals.

My Opinion

This is a clasic and enrichemnt history given that teachers since we are boys teach us, but they do that because throught this one we can see a clear example of patience and self-confidence. Sometimes, we are mentally weak and think we can't do something only because another people says no. So, the idea is learn from the turtle and get self-confidence, work silently but constant, without stop, the goals are there, oportunities exist, it's just matter of achieve them.
